How did you find your Work-Study position at Lehigh?
I found my work study position through word of mouth as my friend tutored and told me I should apply.
What did you like most about your position?
I did in school tutoring at Fountain Hill and homework club tutoring at Broughal Middle School. Out of the two I enjoyed the Homework Club at Broughal more because I was able to give the kids the one-on-one homework help they needed, but also got to interface with a bunch of them.
Any tips or recommendations for students who will be taking on a work-study position in college?
I would definitely both go to the Work Study Fair and also try to reach out to anyone [students] know who are older or already have a job. It is really nice to get advice from upperclassmen so that you can find a job that you will genuinely enjoy.
