What is your favorite aspect about Lehigh? My favorite aspect about Lehigh is the community feeling. Since we are located in a smaller town, most activities are held on campus. This makes it easier for students to connect with their peers and form friendships. I believe that this also creates a sense of closeness among us.
What helped with your adjustment to life at Lehigh and in the US? International Orientation was very beneficial to my adjustment to the US. Arriving on campus earlier and meeting other international students made Lehigh feel more familiar. Seeing that there were other people that related to what I was going through showed me that I had people to turn to when homesickness hit or when I had doubts about the American culture.
What is your favorite Lehigh memory? My favorite Lehigh memory from the past years is Lelaf. The whole week leading up to Lelaf is full of events and traditions that promote school spirit. I participated in the bed races with my friends and had a great time! The day of the game is also one of my favorite days. Freshman year the game was at home and I still remember how surreal the campus atmosphere felt.
